YOGA FOR YOUR FACE with Carole Morency

The emerging trend of face yoga aims to rejuvenate your face by strengthening and relaxing facial muscles through a series of small but specific movements. Good results can be achieved in only a few minutes a day. Come and make faces at this workship!
