Our drop-in book club is for those who would like to try a book club without committing to a whole season of meetings. Note: This is an outdoor activity (weather permitting).

MARK ABLEY’S LIFE WITH HIS FATHER – THE ORGANIST

The Gazette

Mark Abley grew up worried, frustrated and inspired by his father, a gifted classical musician who was also a lifelong depressive. In The Organist: Discovering My Father in Music and Melancholy, he explores a unique father-son relationship with a mixture of humour, love and corrosive honesty.

In honour of International Book and Copyright Day, refreshments will be served.
