NUTRITIONAL ADVICE – IS THERE A SOLUTION TO THE CONFUSION?

Virtually every day brings news about some miracle food. It may be blueberries to prevent cancer, flaxseed against heart disease, or soybeans for menopause. Then there are the worries: alcohol, food additives, gluten, pesticide residues, GMOs, antibiotics, meat consumption. Dr. Joe Schwarcz will provide some proper science to guide us through this nutritional maze.
