Is your favourite shirt past its prime? Don’t throw it away, upcycle it!  Participants learn to transform their torn, stained, ill-fitting clothing and give it a second life.

No previous experience or skills required.
Please bring an article of clothing to transform.

MINI-PAL LECTURE SERIES : TRANSITIONS IN PALLIATIVE CARE with Rose De Angelis, N, MSc (A), CHPCN (C)

This session will cover the various physical, medical, and emotional transitions that people go through when they are living with a life-limiting illness. We will compare the differences in receiving care in the home, in a hospital, on a specialty palliative care ward and in a residential hospice. Family caregivers will receive practical tips on how to help their loved ones.
