Heard at the Circulation Desk – How do I get involved with the community cookbook?

You may have noticed the posters at the circulation desk about a cookbook.  To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Pointe-Claire Library we are collecting family recipes from our members to create a community cookbook.  You can pick up an information package at the circulation desk.  Participants will have a chance to win a gift certificate to a local restaurant and everyone will have an opportunity to purchase a cookbook to enjoy.  The funds raised will be donated to The West Island Palliative Care Residence. The Library has an extensive and excellent cookbook collection which is very popular.  Here are some of our more recent acquisitions –
